Fix Wrist Pain during Push-Ups

Push-ups are commonly performed exercise among all, and for good reason, because this popular exercise not only strengthens the core muscles but also utilizes the pectoral muscles, anterior deltoids, and the triceps. This exercise increases upper-body strength. most people have some type of wrist pain when they first begin doing push-ups.
 
Why does it hurt?
 
The target muscle is the pectoralis major (colored red).
The muscles that assist in the movement, the Anterior deltoid,
Triceps brachii, and Serratus anterior, appear in pink.
Wrist pain during push-ups is an all-too-common complaint, our
wrist pain is often related to mobility restrictions.
